Kindergarten Common Core Exit Tickets for Math

Hi friends, it's Jessica from Mrs. Plemons' Kindergarten. Thanks for stopping by today to check out what I'm giving away for our weekly "Win It Wednesday."

If you are busy prepping for next year I have a great set of quick, easy to use exit tickets to help you assess and group students for math instruction.  If you've never used exit tickets or thought they were just for the older grades, don't worry these were made specifically for kindergarten so they only have a few questions on each one.  Here are a few pictures of some of the exit tickets that are included to give you an idea of how they work.
Each exit ticket has 4 options for differentiation. For this skill each ticket has fewer numbers filled in, making the task more difficult for the students.
The directions are simple to explain to students and they can be done in about a minute or less.
These quick samples are so easy to check and use as a tool for assessing student understanding and guiding further instruction.
The whole bundle includes:
• 136 different exit tickets (with 4 of the same on each page for easy copying)
• Black and white print only to save on ink
• Common Core Standards listed on each ticket for quick reference/organization
• Exit tickets for all 22 Kindergarten Math Standards (Counting & Cardinality, Geometry, Operations & Algebraic Thinking, Measurement, and Numbers in Base Ten)

You can check the complete bundle out in my store here:

  24. I have been teaching K for 10 years in Florida :) I really like your exit card idea. There are many days when we work whole group with dry erase boards and then break into different math activities without doing any worksheets. The exit cards are a great idea to make sure each student got the concept when we don't do a worksheet.
